Mazda is a Japanese car brand combining design inspirations from traditional Japanese art with advanced technology.
The brand’s models are synonymous with exceptional driving experience along with uncompromising safety.
Mazda Motor Corporation was founded in 1920 in Hiroshima, Japan.
Toward the end of World War II its production plant was totally destroyed, but the company bounced back from the abyss and resumed business as usual.
The values that enabled Mazda’s regrowth have stayed with it to this day throughout each and every stage of the design and production:
Dedication, creativity, daring and meticulousness. These together form the core of the brand, the Mazda Spirit.
Two key principles guide the design and production concept:
Jinba Ittai, a driving experience based on a sense of unity between driver and vehicle; and KODO, the philosophy of sensibility in motion, which is the source of the dynamic, lively design features identified with the brand.

Over the past one hundred years the company has consolidated its special status in the Japanese and global market through a string of design breakthroughs.
The new generation of Mazda cars was launched in 2011, featuring a modern dynamic design and exceptionally good mechanical performance.
This step up was made possible thanks to the development of the Skyactiv technology and its integration in every part of the car:
A lightweight chassis, precision gearbox, powerful, more efficient engines and more.
Mazda is the first brand Delek Motors imported to Israel.
The first Mazda vehicles arrived in Israel in early 1992 and achieved immediate success.
Later on, various models were launched in Israel, all of which gained great popularity among the local customers. These included the family MPVs, which Delek Motors first launched in 1993, Mazda Lantis, launched in 2003, the Mazda 2, 3 and 6, the highly successful CX-5 crossover, and others.
Within three years of its first arrival in Israel, the brand sales volumes exceeded those of Japan.
Another year later Mazda reached the top of Israel’s list of best-selling cars, a position it held for 15 consecutive years.
